THE MENU:

 

Salad:

 

Fresh Romaine Hearts Salad with Their Homemade Caesar’s Dressing

 

First Course; A Combination Of:

 

Ravioli Con Carciofi –

Homemade Ravioli filled with Ricotta Cheese and Artichokes, Served in a Creamy “Aurora” Sauce and Toasted Pinenuts

 

Italian Rice with Saffron
Finished with Butter and Parmesan Cheese

 

Second Course - A Combination Of:

 

Fresh Fillet of Salmon Sautéed with Shallots
and Roasted Tomatoes Served with A White Wine Sauce

 

Bake Breast of Chicken, Topped with Gorgonzola

Served With a Red Wine Sauce

 

Dessert:

 

Tiramisu or  Custard with Berries

 

We will have our own private dining room with a romantic décor.  I know this may be a bit pricey but this is our 1^st of our 2 “special” dinners of the year, the other being our RJC Christmas dinner. 

 

Unfortunately, if you RSVP and say that you are coming and don’t show, you WILL be charged for the dinner anyway.  The restaurants prepare for the number who RSVP.  They are now cracking down and making us pay for those who don’t show up.  So be sure to join the FUN! 

 

I have arranged to have a roped off area behind the restaurant to park our Jags as a group.
