July 8, 2005 RJC Monthly Dinner Meeting

I (Patti) am sorry that this is so late in being published.  I have been sick and my computer room is like an inferno with all the record heat we have been having.  Here is the update of our last RJC Dinner Meeting.

On July 8, 2005 we held our July RJC Dinner Meeting at "Pierino's Ristorante" in Reno, Nevada.
We all had delicious dinners and a really good time visting together.  We had 30 members confirmed but only 27 showed up. We all had to pre-order our dinner selections ahead of time.  It was unfortunate that we had to pay for the no-shows.  No damage was really done because we raffled off the dinners and 2 lucky people were able to take them home.

Bob Parshall gave a little speech about the end of an era of the Jaguar car.  He added a festive note by wearing a jaguar car club marshal vest's.  Bob also brought a lot of magazines and posters to be raffled off.
