Spa Day for the RJC Ladies

There was no better way to celebrate this magical date than a day at a spa.

Eight ladies from the RJC were scheduled for a morning of luxury at the Genesis Spa, in Reno, Nevada, (http://www.genesissalon.com/index.html).  Unfortunately Sunny Minedew and Ellie Richardson had to drop out at the last minute due unforeseen circumstance.  That was sad because the rest of us were totally pampered!

This get together also turned into a small going away party for Lynne Lenker. She and her husband, Larry, will shortly be leaving our RJC family and moving to a home in Oregon.  Lynne and Larry have been members for seven years.  They will be missed.

The Genesis Spa was wonderful.  When we arrived we were given gowns and robes to wear and taken to the “Sanctuary” where there were makings for Mimosa’s, (a drink made of champagne and orange juice), and snacks of fruit & cheese & crackers to relax and visit between our scheduled “TREAT”ments.

Kathy Glass had a pedicure & a manicure
Pat Keast had a manicure

A bottle of wine, which amazingly enough had the label “GENESIS” on it, was given to the Staff as a “Thank You” gift from the RJC ladies.

After having a morning of being totally pampered, Kathy Dyer, Kathy Glass, Wendy Buxton & Patti Wilder decided to extend the fun and went to lunch at the Olive Garden.

It was unanimous that we have to do this again!
